The charity / organization we are donating to is: NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children)

The NSPCC have 177 community-based projects and run the Child Protection Helpline and ChildLine in the UK and the Channel Islands.

Most of their work is with children, young people and their families. They also work to achieve cultural, social and political change -
influencing legislation, policy, practice, public attitudes and behaviours and delivering services for the benefit of young people.

Their aim is to see a society where all children are loved, valued and able to fulfill their potential. Their objectives are:

1. To mobilize everyone to take action to end child cruelty.
2. To give children the help, support and environment they need to stay safe from cruelty.
3. To find ways of working with communities to keep children safe from cruelty.
4. To be, and be seen as, someone to turn to for children and young people.
